Genesis 23:1-24:25; Matthew 8:23-34
God called to Moses, "Come no closer! Remove the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground." Exodus 3:5
Let us therefore approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16
We come to you, Lord, unrestrained, unbound, sinful, and in need of redemption. Cleanse us, O Lord, in body and soul. Scrub clean our hearts and fill us with your Holy Spirit. Send us out into the world as shining examples of your love. We ask this in your name. Amen.
