Dear Friends,
I took time earlier this week to read through some of the notes we received in recent months from many of you whose lives have been deeply touched by Henri.
Some notes were extensive and detailed, others were short and simply stated. We appreciate each one! The note below “speaks to the heart” of why I am excited to ask for your support and invite you into ministry with us this holiday season.

As chair of the Henri Nouwen Society Board, I know that every gift received before December 31 is critical to our planning and outreach for 2022. I am grateful for those of you who have already responded to our special appeals to join our monthly donor program—a source of support very much appreciated by our small staff and seven-person board.
We are aware that many people—especially this year—are are not in a position to make an end-of-year gift or sign up as a monthly donor. If, however, either of these options is possible for you please know how much we appreciate your financial investment and partnership in our work.
