God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. Genesis 1:3

The darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining. 1 John 2:8

Your light, Holy Spirit, pierces the shadows of fear and uncertainty. Your light, O Christ, makes sure the paths we tread. Your light, O Lord, burns away our iniquities. May your light fill our lives and our world. Amen.
