Recently we contacted you to ask if you would consider becoming a monthly donor to the Henri Nouwen Society. To encourage you, and as a demonstration of our commitment, all of our current Board Members, and several former Board Members joined together to provide a $25 match for each of the first 100 new monthly donors.
We are pleased to tell you that 107 individuals responded to our request! And we were also delighted that some of you who were already monthly donors took this opportunity to increase the amount of your monthly donation. Our Board provided our $25 match for all 107 new monthly donors, and every increased monthly donation.
Your support means so much to both our board and our staff, because having a steady source of income each month that we can rely upon makes our job much easier as we begin to plan for our 2022 budget. We also want to thank those of you who have been monthly donors for some time now – your ongoing commitment is so appreciated and helps us in our efforts to share the words and wisdom of Henri Nouwen with a world in need of hope and inspiration.
