As members of the Henri Nouwen Society board, we often hear our staff express their deep appreciation for those of you who have signed up for our monthly giving program. Particularly during these challenging and uncertain times, it is reassuring to have a steady and consistent source of income each month. Your support through monthly giving is also helpful to the board as we plan for the Fall and our budget for next year.
While we realize that making a commitment to sign up as a monthly donor is not an option for everyone, it is something we hope you will consider. With this in mind, we have set aside the last week in July for a special board appeal focused on signing up 50 new donors to our monthly giving program. As an incentive, we as a board have committed to donating an additional $25 gift for each of the first 50 new monthly donors who sign up between now and July 31. |
As board members of the Henri Nouwen Society we are grateful for the many people who partner with us in support of our work. We also deeply appreciate the notes so many of you send reflecting on how a recent Daily Meditation or passage from one of Henri's books offers comfort to you or a loved one during these challenging times.
