James 5:7-10; Matthew 11:2-11

The Lord declares, "Those who honor me I will honor, and those who despise me shall be treated with contempt." 1 Samuel 2:30

Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow. Galatians 6:7

Protect us, God, from our errant thinking and our self-serving habits. Guide us with insight. Bolster us with the strong support of our brothers and sisters in Christ. Amen.
